Trimakasi is an independent jewellery brand from the Czech Republic, creating handcrafted pieces from natural gemstones, pearls and carefully selected metals.

We believe jewellery can be more than something beautiful to wear. It can carry a memory, express a personal value or serve as a quiet reminder of what truly matters.

The story behind our name

The name Trimakasi was inspired by the Indonesian phrase terima kasih, meaning “thank you”.

The idea was born during our travels through Indonesia, where the kindness and openness we experienced left a lasting impression on us. Gratitude gradually became one of the central values behind the brand — not as a grand gesture, but as a conscious appreciation of people, nature and the small moments that are easy to overlook.

The sun and the moon

The Trimakasi symbol brings together the sun and the moon. They represent the natural contrasts that exist within every life: light and shadow, movement and stillness, reason and intuition.

Neither side needs to defeat the other. Balance is found by allowing both to have their place.

Our symbol appears on Trimakasi jewellery as a mark of its origin and as a connection to the story and values behind our brand.

This message has accompanied Trimakasi from the beginning. It does not promise that difficult moments will disappear on their own. It reminds us that change is part of life, that darkness is never the whole story and that hope can remain even when it is not yet visible.

A personal symbol, not a promise

Natural gemstones have been surrounded by stories and symbolism for thousands of years. Different cultures have associated them with qualities such as courage, protection, love, clarity and inner balance.

We respect these traditions, but we do not believe that a stone can change your life on your behalf.

Jewellery cannot create courage, hope or balance for you. It can, however, become a personal symbol — a quiet reminder to pause, return to the present moment and remember the intention you chose to give it.

The meaning of each piece ultimately belongs to the person who wears it.

Handcrafted in the Czech Republic

Most Trimakasi jewellery is made by hand in our own Czech workshop. Working in-house allows us to pay close attention to proportions, materials and finishing details throughout the creative process.

Rather than relying on anonymous mass production, we create jewellery in smaller quantities and carefully inspect each finished piece. We also offer selected adjustments and repairs, helping our jewellery remain part of your story for as long as possible.

Naturally unique

We work with natural gemstones, pearls and materials whose colours, patterns and structures were formed by nature.

No two stones are completely identical. Small variations, inclusions and differences in tone are not imperfections — they are part of what makes every piece unique.

We select our materials carefully, but we do not try to erase their natural character. For us, true beauty does not require perfect uniformity.

Designed to become part of your story

Some people choose a Trimakasi piece because they feel connected to a particular gemstone. Others are drawn to a symbol, a colour or simply to the design itself.

There is no single correct reason to wear jewellery. What matters is the meaning it gradually acquires through the moments, people and experiences connected to it.
