Obsidiană

Obsidian is a natural glass, formed when hot lava cools rapidly on the Earth’s surface. People have used it since the Stone Age, when hunters shaped its sharp fragments into weapon tips. The ancient Aztecs also valued this stone highly, calling it the “God’s Stone” — their sacred dagger, used in ritual offerings to the gods, was made from obsidian. Black onyx, black tourmaline, and black obsidian are all considered traditional protective stones because of their dark colour.
