This mala necklace for men strings grounding lava stone with warm red tiger’s eye and striking dragon blood jasper — a beaded piece made as much for meditation as for style.

Thanks to its natural porous structure — this stone is sometimes called volcanite — no two lava stone beads are ever alike. Lava stone has carried a grounding meaning across many cultures. Native Americans wore lava stone into battle, believing its power would bring them courage and strength. It’s also nicknamed the “Rebirth Stone” for its believed ability to help release unnecessary, unhealthy emotions. The most significant deposits of this stone are found in Australia. According to the indigenous peoples of the continent, it is the fossilized remains of ancient dragons — powerful creatures with green skin and dark red blood.
