The Royal buddhist mantra – Om Mani Padme Hum
Om Mani Padme Hum is the most famous mantra of Tibetan Buddhism, also called the Royal Mantra or Mantra of Life Energy. General definition of mantra is: 1. A word or sound that is believed to have a special spiritual power. 2. A word or phrase that is often repeated and expresses a particular strong belief.
It is said that all the teachings of the Buddha are contained in this mantra:Om Mani Padme Hum can not really be translated into a simple phrase or sentence.
Om (or Aum)
The primordial sound of all creation. Helps us dissolve our ego and cultivate kindness and generosity.
Mani
Dissolves jealousy and the attachment to fleeting pleasures. Dissolve our attachments to desire and passion while cultivating our ability to be patient with ourselves and others.
Padme
Dissolves our attachments to the many prejudices and judgmental notions we have while cultivating the quality of perseverance. Also dissolve our attachments to being possessive while also cultivating our powers of concentration.

Obsidian is a special form of natural glass, which is created by the rapid cooling of the hot lava on the earth’s surface. It has been used by mankind since the Stone Age, when hunters made the tips of their weapons from its sharp chips. It was valued among the ancient Aztecs, who called him “God’s Stone”. Their sacred dagger, designed for their infamous ritual of performing human sacrifices to the gods, was made of this stone.
