Az ad\u00e1sv\u00e9teli szerz\u0151d\u00e9s fogyaszt\u00f3i szerz\u0151d\u00e9s?<\/strong>\r\n\r\nA consumer contract is a type of contract in which one of the parties is a consumer i.e. a natural entity buying the product for other purposes than for business or for doing a job and the other party is an entrepreneur. If the contract is considered to be the consumer contract, the customer has special protection and rights established by legal regulations and\/or these General Terms and Conditions.\r\n\r\nTherefore, if you are a consumer, the purchase contract is considered to be the consumer contract.\r\n\r\n<strong>1.3. Koll., Polg\u00e1ri T\u00f6rv\u00e9nyk\u00f6nyv, m\u00f3dos\u00edtva (a tov\u00e1bbiakban:<strong>Polg\u00e1ri t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyk\u00f6nyv<\/strong>\u201e);<\/li>\r\n \t<li>T\u00f6rv\u00e9ny. 634\/1992 Koll., A fogyaszt\u00f3v\u00e9delemr\u0151l, m\u00f3dos\u00edtva (csak a fogyaszt\u00f3kra vonatkozik).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nHa lak\u00f3helye vagy sz\u00e9khelye a Cseh K\u00f6zt\u00e1rsas\u00e1gon k\u00edv\u00fcl tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3, vagy ha szerz\u0151d\u00e9ses kapcsolatunk tartalmaz nemzetk\u00f6zi elemeket, akkor felt\u00e9telezz\u00fck, hogy kapcsolatunkra az ir\u00e1nyad\u00f3\u00a0<strong>a cseh jog<\/strong>. Ha \u00d6n k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi, akinek haz\u00e1ja magasabb szint\u0171 fogyaszt\u00f3v\u00e9delmet biztos\u00edt, mint a cseh t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny, akkor ez a magasabb szint\u0171 v\u00e9delem \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00fcl. Az esetleges vit\u00e1k helysz\u00edne Pr\u00e1ga; ez nem \u00e9rinti a fogyaszt\u00f3 \u00e1ltal\u00e1nosan k\u00f6telez\u0151 jogszab\u00e1lyokb\u00f3l ered\u0151 jogait\r\n\r\n<strong>1.4. Hogyan j\u00e1rulhat hozz\u00e1 az \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos Szerz\u0151d\u00e9si Felt\u00e9telekhez?<\/strong>\r\n\r\n\u00d6n egyet\u00e9rt azzal, hogy egyet\u00e9rt az \u00c1ltal\u00e1nos Szerz\u0151d\u00e9si Felt\u00e9telekkel, mik\u00f6zben megrendel\u00e9st hoz l\u00e9tre a Webhelyen kereszt\u00fcl, mik\u00f6zben bejel\u00f6li a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 sz\u00f6veggel ell\u00e1tott n\u00e9gyzetet:<em>\"Elolvastam \u00e9s elfogadom a weboldal felt\u00e9teleit<\/em>\u201d\r\n\r\n<strong>1.5.
